Teaches yoga and pranayama professionally since 2006. Received his yoga training at the renowned Kaivalyadhama, Lonavla in India – one of the oldest yoga institutes in the world (founded in 1924) for the study, research, and training. Member of the Swiss Yoga Association and a yoga teacher recognized by the European Yoga Union.
Dr. Berta Llanas Vidal
Sleep Lab Expert · Neurophysiologist
Medical doctor specialising in clinical neurophysiology, she gained experience in sleep laboratory in Barcelona at Vall d'Hebron hospital. She turns complex vital signs into practical action plans.
Krzysztof Dąbrowski
Buteyko Method · RespireLabs Founder
Certified Buteyko practitioner and co-founder of RespireLabs. Specialises in mouth-to-nose breathing transition for adults and children. He himself suffered from mouth breathing for over 35 years, experiencing not only poor sleep but 28 health problems including sleep apnea. Fixing mouth breathing changed his life and serves now as the main driver behind the RespireLabs startup.
